Showcase Sprint Sign-Up

A step-by-step walkthrough to help you host a successful open house meeting!

Have you ever thought that running a showcase meeting would be an excellent way to attract some extra guests to your club?Β

Well, you're correct!

But it seems like a huge project, there's little guidance on best practice and you're just not sure what to do. So it never really happens...

"Get off the treadmill of hope for new members,
and run towards a high-converting membership event"

This Sprint program is designed to walk you through clear steps in the lead up to holding a showcase meeting. I've taken out a lot of the big decision-making so you can focus on getting the work done! It uses proven strategies, efficient processes, and a template for everything you'll need.

We'll build toward one showcase, but all of the skills and materials you create for your club can be used by your club going forward.

You'll get support, community, and feedback so you can run your club showcase with pride and confidence.

Position your club to take full advantage of the new year's resolution rush!

Showcase: You may know it as an open house or demonstration. A finite focus to kick-start your club's PR efforts and a special meeting to attract a bunch of new guests.

Sprint: A series of four online sessions where I will step-by-step you through exactly what to do (including templates and scripts) to prepare for, advertise and host a high-converting, successful event. Plus all the support you could need along the way.

Sprint begins November 10 2024. Sign up below!

Club Showcase Sprint was held in late 2023 and early 2024 to great success.

How to know if it's for you and your club?
Does your club has less than 20 members, and a desire to add four new members by the end of February 2025? Do your club leaders have passion and energy for the club, but a bit of direction and help to host a showcase event is what's missing?

Then yes, this is for you!

Who should sign up?

If you're a leader of the above club. Preferably a club officer, club coach or engaged member looking to help out and lead a consequential project. Yep, it's open to all clubs in District 69! It will work best for physical or hybrid community clubs.

What do I need to do?

Does this count personally towards my Pathways goals?
