Agenda Amplifier Bootcamp

We all know that the agenda acts as the runsheet for our meetings, but did you know that it can be (and should be!) so much more?

A great agenda will be more than the list of segments that need to happen, it will help GAIN and RETAIN members.

It can be:

The Awards Approval Flow

Achievement recognition is important for membership retention. Ensuring members' wins are appreciated also means our club gets credit for providing education in DCP.

Driving Base Camp as both a manager and member has proven to be ever-changing.

When we step back and work out what needs to happen, we can visualise the flow that Pathways awards need to take from member to certifiate to club credit. Even when the website changes, the same principles remain.

In this session, you will walk away with:

πŸ† A high-level view of the steps to get Pathways awards submitted and approved,
πŸ† Confidence of who needs to do what in a clear process, and
πŸ† The visual process to ensure all members educational goals are recognised.

This session most valuable for President, VP Education and Secretary.

Streamlined Contest System

Every year, club contests are stressful. Trying to sort out who is doing what, herding external judges, and remembering how the night is meant to run because the last time you did it was a year ago.

We get asked to judge at a bunch of clubs each year and have noticed some common issues that all clubs run into. And truthfully, we did the same thing until we implemented this streamlined, simple process.

Imagine if your club held contests fairly, with full club participation, all roles easily filled, and makes finding judges easy!

In this snappy 45-minute session, you will walk away with:

πŸ‘Œ The confidence to empower and involve every member, ensuring all roles are filled,
πŸ‘Œ The system and script outline for efficient briefings,
πŸ‘Œ A simple, stress-free process for running great club contests.

All of this, even though we all only do club contests once per year.
